Information is Power: Yes to Reading!

Did you know that aside from blogging, I have promised myself to engage myself with books? Yes, I admit that I am not fond of reading. In fact, In my whole existence in this world, I only read quite few number of books. ( well, that excludes of course textbooks). hahaha.

However, I suddenly realized that reading opens a lot of gates of information for its readers; and these informations can be used as a powerful tool by the person who has access to them.  Because of this realization, I knew I wanted to tool up myself with more information. It will also help me as an aspiring blogger to have fresh outlet of ideas which I can use as source of my blogging adventures in the future.

To start this new adventure of mine, three books of Bob Ong will accompany me this week.

Thanks Myra for lending me these!

  1. I agree that reading is power. I also challenge myself to read at least 1 book per month. But so far, I just finished 1 book since January. lol. I'm not yet finished with the two books that I bought.

  4. It is really rewarding to read and it uplifts you. Good thing I was able to finish a few books this vacation. Know what? I sold all my Bob Ongs books when I finished college because I need money for job applications. I want to start collecting his works again.

  5. I haven't read any Bob Ong books but I heard they're great. I am a novel kind of reader. I read hundreds of books!I started reading books in high school. When I started blogging again, I kind of neglected reading books but I'm back on track now, I'm now half through a novel and I am planning to buy more books to read. Good luck on your reading. :)
